Chris Lowery is the R.T. Buffler Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas Institute for Geophysics. His research interests are centered on the response of marine organisms to oceanographic and climatic perturbations, particularly in regards to changes in dissolved oxygen concentrations. Chris received a PhD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BS from the University of Mary Washington, a small liberal arts school in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
